On July 17th, a lightning storm sparked numerous fire fires that threatened the Warm Lake area. The Cascade Complete fire, as it would come to be known, kept fire crews busy through late September. In addition to over 300,000 acres of forest, the fire consumed several buildings at Knox Ranch. Information about the fire can be found at: http://www.inciweb.org/incident/840/ Video of the fire as it swept through the ranch can be found at: http://www.ktvb.com/video/index.html?nvid=166845 (You may need to copy and paste the video link to your browser bar if the link does not seem to work properly.)
